Do You Believe That Prostate Cancer Rife Is True?

There is no doubt about it… prostate cancer is now rife. Many people continue to get diagnosed with prostate cancer.

And many more people continue to die yearly from the disease not only in the United States, but also in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan and even South Africa.

Statistically speaking prostate cancer rife includes:

- Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in men who live in the United States and Canada, after lung cancer.

- The American Cancer Society says that there are about 180,000 new prostate cancer cases being diagnosed yearly in the United States alone.

- The American Cancer Society also says that about 32,000 men in the United States now die from prostate cancer every single year.

- Even in Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society (the Canadian equivalent of the American Cancer Society) puts the number of males diagnosed with prostate cancer yearly at 16,900 and the number of recorded deaths yearly at 4,200.

From the above you can see the prostate cancer rife and the need to do more collectively to stop the deaths. The worst hit country in the world is still the United States. And the worst hit people are still the African Americans.

One of the best ways of reducing the number of deaths from prostate cancer is early detection.

If the prostate cancer can be detected very early before it spreads beyond the prostate into other parts of the body, the chances of survival would be much higher.

But sadly, most men don’t even know anything about prostate cancer, let alone go for prostate cancer tests… until it becomes too late.

That is why there is prostate cancer rife. If more people go for early tests, they would be placed on early treatment and the cancer can be checked before it spreads.
